Pilot Tyres consistently tests raw materials to ensure that the highest quality rubber is used. Our in-house team is continually innovating by making minor changes to our raw materials to develop superior rubber quality for excellent road performance. Every tire is subjected to a detailed x-ray inspection before it leaves the factory. This step ensures we avoid distortions, foreign objects, unwanted air pockets and missing steel wires. The x-ray inspection is then followed by a series of technical evaluations using the best equipment in our factory.
A high-speed endurance machine tests each tire for 48 hours and is supported by a vulcanization analysis machine for testing steel wires. Individual components are tested for defects using coherent light and sound waves. This comprehensive testing process includes high-speed laser dynamic balancing and a pressurized braking energy test. The end product meets the highest safety standards, making it ready for use on Middle East and African roads.
